Terms Agreement

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate the terms and conditions of use, procedures, and other necessary matters for the website service provided by PEKE PAINT (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. 1. These Terms shall take effect by notifying users.
  2. 2. The contents of these Terms shall be posted on the service screen, and any changes to the Terms shall be notified through the Company's online notices.
  3. 3. The Company may revise these Terms if deemed necessary, and the revised Terms shall take effect in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Rules Not Covered by Terms)

  1. 1. These Terms shall apply together with the terms and conditions for the use of services provided by the Company and separate terms.
  2. 2. If matters not specified in these Terms are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, those regulations shall apply.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  1. 1. "User" means an individual member or corporate member who accesses the "Website" and receives services provided by the "Website" in accordance with these Terms.
  2. 2. "Registration" means the act of filling in the application form provided by the Company, agreeing to these Terms, and completing the service use contract.
  3. 3. "Member" means a user who has registered as a member by providing personal or corporate information to the "Website" and can continuously receive information from the "Website" and use the services.
  4. 4. "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers applied for by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
  5. 5. "Password" means a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to verify that it matches the member ID and to protect their confidentiality in communication.
  6. 6. "Withdrawal" means the act of a member terminating the use contract.
  7. 7. Terms not defined in these Terms shall be defined in separate terms and conditions for individual services.

Article 5 (Member Qualification and Application)

  1. 1. Membership registration is made after the user agrees to these Terms and completes the prescribed registration process required by the Company.
  2. 2. The Company provides a new member with a member ID free of charge when joining, and service applicants must apply using their real names.
  3. 3. Membership registration is established by the Company's approval of the user's application and the user's agreement to the Terms.
  4. 4. After the user's membership registration, applicants who meet the corresponding conditions will be shown a screen online notifying them of the registration immediately upon application.

Article 6 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  1. 1. Membership may be restricted or suspended in the following cases:
    1. a. When applying using another person's name
    2. b. When applying by falsely filling out the use contract application or attaching false documents
    3. c. When applying for the purpose of undermining public order or good morals
    4. d. When interfering with other people's use of the Company's services or stealing their information
    5. e. When using the Company's site to engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms
    6. f. When other application requirements set by the Company are not met

Article 7 (Provision and Use of Services)

  1. 1. The use of the service shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties on the part of the Company.
  2. 2. The Company may suspend the provision of services in the following cases:
    1. a. When it is unavoidable for system maintenance
    2. b. When a telecommunication carrier stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
    3. c. When other reasons arise that prevent the Company from providing services
  3. 3. The services provided by the Company are as follows, and the Company may notify users of changes to the services and provide the following services with modifications:
    1. a. Website (membership terms)
    2. b. All services that the Company develops itself or provides through cooperation agreements with other companies

Article 8 (Consent to Use Member Information)

  1. 1. The Company's privacy policy applies to members' personal information.
  2. 2. The Company's member information is collected, used, managed, and protected as follows:
    1. a. Collection of personal information: The Company collects information about you through information you provide when registering for the Company's services, information you provide for community activities, information you provide to participate in various events, and information you provide to obtain advertisements or prizes.
    2. b. Use of personal information: The Company does not disclose or distribute members' personal information collected in connection with providing the Company's services to third parties without your consent. However, this does not apply when there is a request from a national agency pursuant to laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act, when there is a purpose of criminal investigation, when there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, or when there is a request in accordance with procedures set forth in other relevant laws, or when you voluntarily disclose personal information provided to the Company.
    3. c. Management of personal information: You may modify/delete your personal information at any time in the website member information for the protection and management of personal information.
    4. d. Protection of personal information: Your personal information can only be viewed/modified/deleted by you, and it is managed entirely by your ID and password. Therefore, you should not disclose your ID and password to others, and be sure to log out at the end of work and close your web browser window (this is necessary to protect your information when using a computer in public places such as Internet cafes or libraries where you share a computer with others).
    5. e. Other: Please be aware that personal information you voluntarily provide online, such as on bulletin boards or via email, can be collected and used by others. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of personal information disclosure. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information lies with you.
  3. 3. When a member applies for use to the Company in accordance with these Terms, it shall be deemed that the member consents to the Company collecting, using, and providing member information entered in the application in accordance with these Terms.

Article 9 (User Information Security)

  1. 1. From the moment the applicant completes the Company's service registration process, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information entered, and the member is responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the member's ID and password.
  2. 2. The member is responsible for all management of the ID and password, and if you discover that your ID or password has been used illegally, you must immediately report it to the Company. The member is solely responsible for not reporting.
  3. 3. Users must correctly terminate their connection each time they finish using the Company's services, and the Company shall not be liable for damages and losses resulting from a third party using information about you due to failure to terminate correctly.

Article 10 (Provision of Information and Posting of Advertisements)

  1. 1. The Company may provide various information to members by posting it on the website when operating the service.
  2. 2. The Company may post advertisements on the website, email, etc. in connection with the operation of the service.

Article 11 (Copyright of Posts Submitted to the Company)

  1. 1. The rights to the content of the posts you post belong to you.
  2. 2. The Company reserves the right to edit and move posted content without prior notice, and may delete it without prior notice in the following cases:
    1. a. When posting posts that violate the terms of service or are deemed commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
    2. b. When the content defames or slanders other members or third parties and damages their reputation
    3. c. When the content violates public order and good morals
    4. d. When the content is deemed to be associated with criminal acts
    5. e. When the content infringes on third parties' copyrights or other rights
    6. f. Posts posted by withdrawn members
    7. g. Other cases that violate relevant laws
  3. 3. You must bear all civil and criminal responsibilities arising from your posts infringing on others' copyrights.

Article 12 (Obligations and Responsibilities of the Company)

  1. 1. Ownership and operation of the service belong to the Company.
  2. 2. The Company shall not disclose, disclose, or distribute members' personal information obtained in connection with the service to others without prior consent, and shall not use it for commercial purposes other than service-related purposes. However, exceptions are made in cases pursuant to relevant laws and for investigative purposes.

Article 13 (Member's Obligations)

  1. 1. Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage instructions and precautions notified by the Company, and must not engage in other acts that interfere with the Company's business.
  2. 2. Members may not engage in any profit-making activities using the service without the Company's prior consent.
  3. 3. Members may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained using the service or provide it to others without the Company's prior consent.
  4. 4. Members must not engage in the following acts in connection with using the service:
    1. a. Illegally using another member's ID
    2. b. Acts intended for criminal purposes or related to criminal acts
    3. c. Acts that harm good morals or other social order
    4. d. Acts that defame or insult others
    5. e. Acts that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or other rights
    6. f. Hacking or spreading computer viruses
    7. g. Sending certain content such as advertising information against others' wishes
    8. h. Changing information posted on the Company's site
    9. i. Any act that disrupts or is likely to disrupt the stable operation of the service
    10. j. Other acts that violate relevant laws

Article 14 (Changes to Member Information)

  1. 1. Members must immediately notify and modify changes to member information (address, email address, etc.) on the web operated by the Company.
  2. 2. Members are solely responsible for failure to notify or modify changes, which may be grounds for service suspension or termination.

Article 15 (Deletion of Posts or Content)

The Company may delete service posts or content without prior notice or consent if they violate regulations or exceed the Company's prescribed posting period.

Article 16 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)

  1. 1. When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member must apply to the Company through the service or email by one day before the desired termination date (however, if the termination date is a legal holiday, by two days before the commencement of the holiday).
  2. 2. The Company may terminate the service use contract if a member violates the contents of these Terms and does not terminate within the period prescribed by the Company.
  3. 3. The Company may restrict or suspend use without prior consent for members who violate the contract.
  4. 4. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate services for use that does not match the member's contract and acts that violate laws.

Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with services provided free of charge, except in cases of gross negligence by the Company.

Article 18 (Disclaimer)

  1. 1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for service provision suspension if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances.
  2. 2. The Company shall be exempt from liability for service use disruptions due to users' fault.
  3. 3. The Company shall be exempt from liability for damages incurred by users from information obtained using the service.
  4. 4. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the reliability or accuracy of information provided through the service network.
  5. 5. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the content of materials posted or transmitted by users.

Supplementary Provisions 1.

(Effective Date) These Terms shall take effect from November 24, 2025.

PEKE PAINT (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') notifies and guides you on the following matters in accordance with relevant laws regarding the collection and use of information from corporations/organizations and individuals.

Personal Information Items Collected

The Company collects and uses minimum personal information to provide convenient and useful customized information to members for smooth ordering, service reception, product delivery, payment, etc. when registering as a member or using various services.
Collection Items: ID, password, password confirmation, name, date of birth, contact information, email, address, etc.
Personal Information Collection Method: Website (membership registration)

Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

Contract implementation related to service provision and fee settlement according to service provision
Content provision, purchase and fee payment, product delivery or billing address sending, financial transaction identity verification and financial services
Member Management
Identity verification for membership service use, personal identification, prevention of unauthorized use by problematic members and unauthorized access, confirmation of membership intention, age verification, handling complaints and grievances, delivery of notices
Marketing and Advertising
Delivery of advertising information such as events, analysis of access frequency or statistics on members' service use

All information provided by members will not be used for purposes other than those stated above, and necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented if the scope of collection information, purpose, or use changes.

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if it is necessary to preserve according to the provisions of relevant laws, the Company retains member information for a certain period stipulated in relevant laws as follows.

Retention Items and Payment Record Retention Basis

  • - Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, retention period: 3 years
  • - Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
  • - Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
  • - Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction Procedure
Information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate file cabinet in case of paper) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and information protection reasons under other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for other purposes except as required by law.

Destruction Method
Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce records.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use

To provide product-related information, send customized advertisements, perform customer analysis, statistical analysis, surveys, etc. through phone, SMS, and email for advertising and marketing purposes.

Name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, service collection and use

3. Retention/Use Period

Up to 5 days after membership withdrawal request / Until service use is terminated
